Earl & Tammie Shorrocks

Poland. Earl and Tammie Shorrocks are missionaries to Poland. They work with an church planting initiative in Poland called, "700 Miast," which means "700 cities." The goal of this initiative is to plant 700 churches throughout Poland. The Shorrocks continue to work with church planters throughout Poland and are raising up leaders for the harvest. They also are assisting the "Builders International" ministry in the construction of a center for church planting and leadership training in the heart of Poland.

Henry & Ivonna Smith

Ecuador. Henry and Ivonna Smith and their family are our missionaries to Guayaquil, Ecuador. The city is home to 3.5 million people. The Smiths minister to the slum areas of the city and have been doing this for over a decade.   Both were raised in Guayaquil and have a great heart to reach the city for Jesus. Like many parts of the world, half of Latin America is 18 years old or younger. The potential that rests in this generation is immeasurable. The Smiths are convinced that this generation is key, not only for Ecuador’s tomorrow, but Ecuador’s today. Their desire is to play their part in seeing this generation loved and restored. Pray for ministry success, favor and opportunities to share Jesus with the residents of Guayaquil.   Also, pray for health, protection, and safety for their family as they are back in the United States for a year to raise additional support and partnership.

Mark & Dalene Good

France. Mark and Dalene Good and their daughter Emma are church planters based in France who have pioneered a missional faith-community in the strategic city of Grenoble. They and their team have a vision for reaching the many unreached Muslim peoples, secular French, refuges, migrants and victims of human trafficking. Their ministry serves as a training hub for new pioneering missionaries coming to Europe who need training prior to being sent out to plant more communities of faith on the continent. The Goods also serve as strategic leaders on the Europe Leadership Team, facilitating the development of training and mentoring for all new missionaries coming to Europe. Dalene also serves on the Global Training team as a spiritual formation leader.

Swapna Nayak

India. Pastor Swapna Nayak is one of the first ordained pastors with the Assemblies of God in Northern India.  She is a church planter and Pastor in Lucknow India.   Swapna is also the Women's Ministries Director for the Northern Indian District of the Assemblies of God. Her position as a mother of four children, church planter/pastor, and overseer places her in a unique position in India. She has been responsible for growing a wonderful church, hosting regional leadership training for women and family conferences. She also has assisted in planting churches, raising up new believers, and baptizing them in water.  She is a dynamic preacher with a passion for reaching India for Jesus. Because of her service as the Women’s Ministry Director for Northern India, she has become influential in helping advance women leadership in both India and Nepal.

House Of Hope

India. House of Hope is a boys home located in a village in central Madhya Pradesh (MP), India.  This home provides food, clothing, education, and shelter in a Christian environment to boys who have been orphaned or come from difficult circumstances.  This ministry is located in a rural part of the country and is home to many indigenous people groups. Pastors Moses and Sara Rao are the Directors of this boys home and also serve as Pastors of a local church and Presbyters over the church planters in the rural villages of this central Indian state.  This is an area of India with tremendous persecution. Please pray for their safety as well as a great revival and harvest of souls.

Light Life Freedom

India. Jyoti and Pradeep are the Directors of Light Life Freedom Ministries in New Delhi, India. Light Life Freedom is  an organization that rescues children from sex trafficking in New Delhi, India. This ministry provides food, housing, clothing, and education for these children in a Christ-centered environment. Due to the complexities of these children’s lives, there are many court battles that ensue between Light Life Freedom and the pimps who call these children their own. Jyoti and Pradeep are constantly in a very dangerous situation. As Indian Attorneys, this couple also provides free legal counsel to Christians experiencing persecution throughout the region.  Many are released from jail due to Jyoti and Pradeep’s persistent and dynamic legal defense, which comes from the wisdom and favor of the Lord.

JanPragati- Mekhi House

India. JanPragati is a group of young professionals from Lucknow, India who have a burden for the children of that most people look at as throwaways. It nurtures immeasurably precious children! They have a unique passion inspired by the life of Jesus Christ. In 2011, this ministry was formed by Nitin and Blessy Sam, a couple who’s hearts were burdened with love for the disadvantaged in this area.  

JanPragati serves the poor of India by providing free education for slum children, supports pro-life initiatives throughout Northern India, has a home for unwed mothers called “Mekhi House,” provides natal care for pregnant women in the slums, and sponsors empowerment centers for skill training and education for high risk women.

Pastor Molay and Arti Roy

Uttar Pradesh, India. Pastor Molay and Arti Roy are church planters in a persecuted region of Uttar Pradesh, India.  In spite of this persecution, their church is growing. Crossroads and WOTW were able to build a church for them as well as an apartment for them on the second floor. This dynamic couple have two children. Please keep this family in your prayers. They are bringing Christ to a new region in Northern India!

Kairos Center for Theology and Leadership

Lucknow, India.  KCTL is a ministry partner with Crossroads and is instrumental in training church planters for the missions field of Northern India, Nepal, and Bhutan.  These regions are some of the most unreached nations on the planet. This school provides excellent training through diploma, bachelors and masters levels programs. They are the main pipeline for new church plants and associate pastors in northern India. In addition, they are producing powerful women leaders. For the first time in the history of India, there have been women pastors ordained at an unprecedented rate. God is calling all genders to the harvest field in this region of the world. We are pleased to partner with this great school. The primary focus is to raise up workers for the harvest.

Living Hope Children's Home

Nepal. Samuel and Kiran Dahal oversee Living Hope Children’s home; a place that rescues, heals, nurtures, and provides a family environment for children abandoned or rescued from trafficking. Some of these children are rescued during the evangelism ministry of the Pastors throughout the villages of Nepal. The hope is to find Christian families that desire to adopt these children. Crossroads continues to nurture this ministry and provides financial resources for their living expenses and education. The Living Hope Children’s Home is located in a brand new facility in Kathmandu. Crossroads helped to finance this building.  Kiran and Samuel have twin daughters and are pioneers for the gospel in this region. Please keep them in your prayers.

Pastors Prakash and Naina Sharma

Nepalgunj, Nepal.  Pastors Prakash and Naina Sharma are church planters in Nepalgunj, Nepal. This dynamic couple is reaching their community for Christ and has seen incredible results. Recently, their church planted a daughter church in a nearby village. Prakash and Naina have two children and travel throughout Nepal encouraging others in ministry. Crossroads built their church building and their personal home to help establish this ministry couple in this unreached and persecuted region.

Pastors James and Shepu Mahji

Khulna, Bangladesh.  Pastors James and Shepu Majhi are lead pastors in Khulna, Bangladesh. They pastor Metro City Assembly of God, a church they planted in central Khulna. James also has a heart to plant churches in unreached areas of Bangladesh and develop Christian leaders throughout these unreached regions. James has planted multiple churches, appointed leaders he develops, and has a heart of an apostle. Crossroads partners with Pastors James and Shepu in their mission to reach Bangladesh for Jesus.

Ewangan Hope Initiative

Tanzania, Africa. Ewangan Hope Initiative is a scholarship program and new partnership that was birthed from a divine encounter when our pastors visited Africa this last fall (2025). It partners us with the Maasai Tribe and Pastor Sammy Barare in providing scholarships for young Maasai girls to further their education past the middle school age. We are also supporting a conference for the youth of the Maasai Tribe. Ewangan means "light" in Maasai!
