Short Term Missions

The Crossroads Builders Ministry  works with International Partners in need of construction support, including renovations and remodels, and new church builds. The ministry originated after Crossroads sent a construction skilled team to complete a project for our International Partners in Poland in 2024. The success of the trip led to the ministry being established in the Fall of 2025, with it's inaugural project happening in 2026.

India. Crossroads partners with many ministries throughout India, Nepal, and Bangladesh. Every year we provide a retreat to nurture our partners who minister in very difficult spiritual terrain. We also take a variety of ministry trips throughout the year to support and encourage our partners. Our teams are always diverse! These trips create an opportunity to not only to minister to our brothers and sisters in the nations, but also to be personally  impacted and spiritually changed!

Poland. Crossroads supports both church planters and established churches throughout Poland. The Lord has given us the privilege of having a very special relationship with four churches in this nation. Every year a Crossroads team travels to Poland to encourage and empower these churches and their leaders who face incredible hardship due to being in the minority religion. During our trips, we provide Holy Spirit empowered services that are saturated with Holy Spirit baptisms and prophetic ministry. We also conduct times of teaching and discipleship, leadership development, and training in evangelism. Crossroads teams also serve in tangible ways through assisting in building projects. 

Tanzania. Tanzania is a new frontier for Crossroads short term missions endeavors. Currently, we are cultivating the relationship with our new partner, Sammy Barare, who heads up the Ewangan Hope Initiative. This organization ministers among the Maasai tribe in remote parts of Tanzania. In the near future, Crossroads plans to bring a team to encourage this beautiful people in the things of the Lord!

Nepal. Crossroads has a long held partnership with church planters in Nepal. Nearly every year a Crossroads team goes to Nepal to encourage our partners and their churches. We have held many conferences throughout Nepal; even in the most remote regions. We look forward to continuing to nurture the Christians in this beautiful country. Bangladesh. Bangladesh is a country that is very dear to Crossroads. Every year a team visits this country to encourage our partners as well as cultivate the believers in their faith. Bangladesh is a majority Muslim population with extreme economic challenges. Yet in the midst of these challenges, a church planting movement persists with many coming to Christ. New churches are being built and established! Crossroads supports the apostolic efforts of our partners in these new frontiers for the gospel.
